Mission Statement

SOUP promises to bring the utmost of professionalism and sensitivity to all of our paranormal cases. Along with this professionalism, all individuals wishing to keep their cases and names private will receive our full backing and guarantee of confidentiality. Seeking out help, and putting one’s total faith into a group of strangers, is a hard thing to do; SOUP understands the gravity of these situations, and is only honored that you would trust us with your case.

With the full consent of the client/property owners, SOUP will enter with audio and visual recording equipment in an attempt to find paranormal evidence. We will also bring many measuring instruments of different varieties aiding us in our investigation, all of which doesn’t do any harm to property or the environment in the location being investigated. All findings will be shown to the client after being analyzed, and that information will only be shared within the confines of our team. We do not publish anything to the media. Extremely sensitive cases will be dealt with by lead investigators, and that information will be held in confidence.

Our services are free. THERE ARE NO CHARGES AT ALL FOR ANYTHING. SOUP absorbs any of the costs we incur during an investigation. We will not accept any money for our services.

Our team consists of many individuals from all walks of life with normal day jobs, families, and from different locals. We are a light-hearted bunch that are very welcoming, and willing to go at great lengths to see that you are truly satisfied with our efforts, while feeling comfortable and part of the process of our investigation. We take our work seriously, but we also enjoy what we do!
